Digital Downloads Policy

Digital products purchased from Rookwood Music are supplied electronically as downloadable files. This policy explains how downloads are delivered, what to do if you experience a problem, and the conditions that apply to their use.

Delivery of digital products

Once payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be made available for download electronically. Download access may be provided on the order confirmation page, by email, through your customer account, or by another method shown during checkout.

Download problems

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased file, please contact Rookwood Music with your order details. Reasonable steps will be taken to restore access or provide a replacement file where appropriate.

File formats and compatibility

Digital products are supplied in the file format stated on the product page, typically PDF for sheet music. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have suitable software and equipment to open, view or print the files you purchase.

Personal use and sharing

Digital files purchased from Rookwood Music are provided for the purchaser’s personal use and, where appropriate, for use by the purchaser’s ensemble. Files must not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed or uploaded elsewhere without permission from Rookwood Music, except where this is expressly allowed by the product licence or by law.

Refunds and cancellations

Because digital products are supplied electronically, the right to cancel may be affected once the download has begun. Where required by law, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the digital content is supplied. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, please contact Rookwood Music so the issue can be resolved.
