Digital products and downloads
Sheet music and other digital products sold through Rookwood Music are supplied as downloadable files. Once payment has been successfully completed, the download will be made available electronically. No physical product will be posted unless this is clearly stated on the product page.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. Rookwood Music does not directly store full payment card details.
Licence and permitted use
Digital sheet music purchased from Rookwood Music is licensed to the purchaser for personal use and for performance by the purchaser or their ensemble, unless otherwise stated. Files must not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed or made available to others without permission from Rookwood Music. Copyright in the music, arrangements, notation and associated materials remains with the relevant rights holder.
Refunds and cancellations
Because digital products are supplied electronically, your right to cancel may be affected once the download has begun. Where required by law, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the digital content is supplied. If a file is faulty, incomplete or cannot be accessed, please contact Rookwood Music so the problem can be resolved.
